How to create a referrer and/or an organisation

If the referrer you are searching for in the Referrer lookup is not found you can create a referrer. Click on the Create Referrer button highlighted in red below .





The Create Referrer page will open in a new tab. Fill in the fields at the top of the page, you will then need to associate this referrer to an organisation. Click on the +Add new record button (1), the grid will expand out to reveal the below fields and Lookup button (2). Search for the organisation using the Lookup button, once found click on the organisation, the information will be populated into the grid, select the referrers Role (3) then click save within the grid, the grid will then collapse down, finally click the Save button on the bottom right corner of the page. If the organisation you are searching for cannot be found in the Lookup you will need to create the organisation. Click on the Create New Organisation link (4)





This will open up the Create Organisation tab in a new tab, fill in the fields and click Save. You will be brought back to the Create Referrer page. Then select the referrers Role from the drop down list (3). Click Save within the grid, the grid will then collapse down, finally click Save on the bottom right corner of the screen.
