Using Tasks in Drug Administration
When a task is added to a protocol, it displays in Drug Administration in the steps of the protocol in the order in which it should be done.
· To answer questions asked for the task, click Discussion. A pop up window opens with a text field to answer queries or make notes.
· Status changes from yellow (task pending), to red (task overdue) to green (task completed).
To Complete a Task:
When you have finished with a task, click Complete to complete the task. It will then display as ‘Reactivate’. This is a hyperlink that can be clicked to make the task active and editable again. When Drug Administration is printed, the tasks will be listed with the discussion at the bottom of the protocol.
Drug Administration Printout
When tasks are part of a protocol, the printed version of Drug Administration lists the tasks at the bottom of the page. The discussions expand for viewing.
