7.12 Why hasn't the Carbo dose calculated
- For a dose of carboplatin to calculate, it requires a height, weight, recent se creatinine or eGFR to be available in EpiSoft. If any of these parameters are missing, the Actual Dose field will be blank and a yellow alert triangle will display.
