Below the top section is the Visits grid. This shows the full list of past visits with the most recent visit at the top of the list. The headings in Record Summary are links to the relevant page so 'Visits' takes you to the patient's Visits page.
Upcoming Appointments
Below Visits is Upcoming Appointments. All future appointments that haven't been attended will display here and can be attended from here by ticking the 'Attended' box for that visit. The blue header contains links to more details about the total, attended and cancelled visits.

The first is dear Flo, which opens a read-only flow chart of previous visits with details pulled from several pages including drug administration and nursing assessment. It's a good place to start before treating the patient.
Next to Flo is Private Notes. This section is for entering information that is personal, private, but still part of the record. It also has sections for adding up to two scrolling banner alerts to show on all pages as well as a Record Summary alert which is static and only shows in bold, red text on the Record Summary.
The graph icon is for viewing the observations graph and the weight graph.
The symbol with three test tubes contains all the patient's pathology and imaging results that have been received into EpiSoft electronically.
The page with a test tube is a quick link for ordering pathology and imaging tests.
The 'tree' symbol is the Patient Timeline which is a good way to view all the documents easily.
The last icon is the Tasks module which can be accessed from the patient's record or from the main menu.
