2.2 Appointments - Creating a booking visit

If the patient doesn't have an appointment to attend and you need to prescribe a protocol, go to the patient record.

To create a booking visit:
In the left-hand menu, click New Visit. This will open a page where the visit details can be configured:




To prescribe a protocol, click on Protocol Cycles (Episteme) which will take you to the page where you can Add a Protocol. Follow the steps in 10.1 to prescribe a protocol.


To Book this visit into the Treatment room click into the Booking Request Tab on the Patient record
