2.13 Appointments - Defer/ Omit/Cease

Defer/Omitting/or Ceasing a Treatment can be attended by opening the visit record. On the Visit Record Page under the heading defer/omit/cease treatment click Defer/Omit/Cease. Then choose which option you need SCREENSHOT with option
DEFER
OMIT only can omit an appointment step not a dedication step (This will cease all Meds on this step)
CEASE only can omit an appointment/ choose reason for usually Physician


In the Snapshot below you can see the options available to be completed

A) Option to Defer the Cycle
B) Omit Treatment for this Day only
C) Cease Treatment completely
D) From the Drop down select the Protocol step which is to be altered
E) A reason must be entered from the dropdown box
F) Enter the new suggested date
G) Click if this is to Recalculate all future Cycles.

After these fields have been completed click SAVE

You will then see the changes made documented in the Previous Notes section of the Visit Record
