2.14 Appointments - Viewing a Patient Timeline

In Both The Record Summary Page and the Demographics page you will see at the Top Right hand of the page a series of buttons

To find documents, letters, referrals, scripts, notes and results, go to the Timeline icon.




The Timeline can be viewed by clicking the 6th tab as shown below, in the shape of a tree





This opens up the Page titled Patient Timeline



Here you can see on the left hand side all of the Documents and Visit Notes for that Patient which can also be printed via the print Tab

If you are configured to access My Health Record, there will be an icon at the top left of the page where you can also access this if the patient has a MYR and has given consent for you to access it.
