1.4 Admin- Searching for a Patient

In the Tool Bar on the Left hand side of the page you will find the patient search Tab



This will open the tab to enable you to enter a patient identifier

Patient MRN

Patient Epi ID

Patient Surname if you do not have the above information

If a Patient Surname is entered it will take you to a Patient list of possible searches you can then click on the correct Patient



Search "any date search and or can do date range also
