1.5 Admin- Adding a referral

On the Patient Demographic page you will see the section Referrals/ NOK/ Other demographics




Here you can se there are no active referrals currently

By Clicking the + sign you are able to enter Active referral details

See Below




To add A New Referrer details click the Create New referrer Tab






This will take you to the Add Referrer page




Here all the information can be added and saved
