Main helpdesk page

This is the main page of Jitbit HelpDesk. It contains shortcuts to the most commonly used pages of the application, like:

• new ticket - submit a new ticket
• tickets - review the list of helpdesk tickets, you are permitted to view.
• find a ticket - search engine
• knowledge base - browse knowledge-base articles by category
• etc.

The homepage also shows too feeds:

• Latest news - news and announcement published by administrators
• Recent updates - latest activity in the tickets - messages, status updates etc. This tab shows allowed tickets only, with respect to the user's permissions.

Regular users see the "news" tab opened by default. Techs and Admin users see the "recent updates" tab opened by default.
