Debtor’s Management: Payments now ordered by payment Date
Accounts visible on the Debtors management page will now appear in Ascending order (most recently paid appearing at the top).
New DVA Card Prefix of ‘VV’
We have now added the new DVA card prefix of VV (double V with no space), which is now valid to use for the submission of DVA claims
New Feature: Popup Appointment List in Booking Request
There have been three new pop-up icons added to Booking Requests. Icon 1 is a direct link to the patient record. Icon 2 is a detailed list of the patient’s upcoming appointments, including the appointment status. Icon 3 is a list of the patient’s cancelled appointments, including the reason for cancellation.
This has been added to help Admin staff making resource bookings to view / check consult appointments that have been booked to help with alignment of appointment times and dates.
Issue Resolved: Creating new Referrer Organisation
We were alerted to an issue that occurred when users were trying to associate a new referrer record for to a patient file(using the ‘Create New Referrer’ button) of referrer type ‘Organisation’. This issue has now been resolved.
Changes to Referrer Management Export: Now includes comments, plus additional column
Now when users are exporting to a csv document from the Referrer Management module, the export file will now include all comments recorded against the referrer record. The export file will also now include an additional column of ‘REFERRER STATE’.
Referrer - validated
This is a new field that automatically saves as 'Yes' if an EpiSoft user sets it. It is there to support our sites going Live with patient portal so patients can type in a GP not found. This will be imported as not validated from the patient portal and will only be updated for use in the portal by other users after a staff member has validated it.
Scan Docs usability improvements
The ScanDocs function has been in beta testing at two EpiSoft sites since January 2020. The initial sites had some valuable feedback about further streamlining the import of documents from the Scan Docs function including setting default document date and document category and enabled Match & Import in a singl function.
Messages module
The Match & Import function mentioned above has also been applied to Messages.
If you navigate quickly between Messages, the screen can sometimes freeze and the functions become unusable; if the preview field hasnt had time to load the previous file before trying to acquire another.
If this happens you will get a Preview Not Available message on-screen and can click to view.
You can resolve this and display the message in Preview page if you navigate away and back again and give the file time to load.
