2020/08/19 Release Notes Admin (calendar changes)
This is for clinicians that have treatment visits occurring in their organisation and wish to see these appointments (resource appointments) in their clinician calendar.
For users where treatment appointments are occurring at a different site within EpiSoft, please go to your user preferences under System Admin and tick the two checkboxes below.
Your calendar should look like this. You will see icons for their appointment types (stethoscope or chair).
The user preference setup above will auto tick this checkbox in the calendar but if you want to switch it off, untick the box below, hit Apply selected and the resource appointments will hide while you are logged in.
If you have treatments occurring at the same location as consults, tick just the first checkbox.
Your calendar will look something like below.
Unfortunately we cannot partition the treatments from the consults as we can for sites that are setup in the first abovementioned option as the calendar function does not allow further column splitting.
So if you really want to use this feature and this layout is an issue for you, we recommend creating a new virtual site for your consult appointments so they can display in a separate column. If you do decide to go ahead with this, please let us know because we will need to ensure your new site is enabled for billing.
