2020/12/04 Release Notes epi-me (eAdmissions & eReferrals release)
eReferrals (Initial Release)
EpiSoft has now migrated it's eReferrals Portal from the version 2 eAdmissions platform into version 3 epi-me - initially only Acute Referrals has been migrated but we will be adding Mental Health and Rehab Referrals in 2H 2021.
eReferrals allows admitting Drs / VMOs to submit comprehensive and tailored eReferrals to your service via either a secure webform or directly from their practice management system using standards-based HL7 messaging.
The eReferrals land on a consolidated Referral Worklist which allows your service's staff to review, acknowledge and process them into your Patient Administration System which provides real-time feedback to referrers. eReferrals also includes also a comprehensive, integrated Admitting Dr secure messaging lookup via the FHIR Provider Directory service.
Contact help@episoft.com.au to get started with eReferrals.
New Hospital Group Migrated from V2 eAdmissions to epi-me V3
A nationwide private hospital group has joined the growing cohort of services using epi-me V3. This group was a longstanding customer of EpiSoft's using eAdmissions V2 who are migrating to avail themselves of the Referrer Portal and other value-add functions in eAdmissions V3 like Informed Financial Consent and Patient Online Payments.
Further migrations of V2 customers are planned for 2021.
