Appointment Management Page
For admin staff the ‘Appointment Management List’ is the landing and Home page, for other users clicking on the ‘Appointment Management’ tab on the left side menu will bring you to this page.
The 'Appointment Management Page' is a list of all the scheduled appointments filtered by location and date. The default filters for admin staff is ’Today’ at your location i.e. Day Infusion Centre.
For doctors, the default is your consultation appointments today or you can request to have the Appointment List as your default if you prefer.
There are a number of other filters on the page such as date fields, appointment type and search fields for given name, surname and date of birth.
Using the search buttons on the top of this page will find patients who have an appointment within the date range you have specified.
- When appointments are completed or discharged, they are hidden from view by default. To see these appointments, untick the box 'Hide Completed/Discharged'.
- Tick 'View Cancelled Appointments' to display appointments that have been cancelled.
- To search for all a particular patient's appointments, choose 'Any Date' then enter patient details, then Search. This will display all that patient's past and future appointments.
