Booking requests

Staff Appointments
Staff appointments are used by clinicians to record leave, breaks, or non-contact clinical appointments. They can also be used for multi-disciplinary team meetings. Rostering Module
Prefer an interactive tutorial? The roster module allows you to set a clinicians roster. The roster only displays in the clinician calendar, it does not display in the resource calendar. When a clinician is rostered on at a location that will appear as white space in the calendar, if they are not rostered on their calendar will appear grey. Recording dietary preferences and food allergies to display on Appointment Management
We’ve developed a section in Edit Patient where the patient’s dietary requirements can be set. Up to four diets can be selected from drop-down lists that then display on the Appointments page with a blue apple icon. If you hover over the apple, you’ll see the diets needed for that patient. It also shows any food allergies that have been recorded in Conditions and Allergies. These food requirements can be printed on the patient list by using the green pdf icon on Manage Appointments....
