Attending An Appointment From the Appointment Management Page
- To mark an appointment as attended tick the checkbox.
- For outpatient appointments the checkbox is always visible.
- For inpatient appointments the checkbox only displays once the patient has been admitted.
Cancelling an appointment
To cancel an appointment click on the red x. You will be prompted to give a reason for cancelling.
For patients on a treatment protocol, cancelling an appointment in this manner will only cancel this appointment, it will not defer or recalculate future appointments and will not cease medications.
Viewing cancelled appointments
To view cancelled appointments check the ‘View cancelled appointments’ checkbox below.
Reactivate cancelled appointments
To reactivate a cancelled appointments click on the circular blue arrow over the red x. You will then be prompted to select a corrected cancel or reactivate. Select reactivate from the drop down list and click save.
