Rescheduling an appointment via the appointment management list



To reschedule an appointment via the 'Appointment Management List' page click on either the date, time, visit reason or type to open up the 'Edit Appointment' page



You do not have visibility of the calendar when you open the 'Edit Appointment' page so it is important that you first check that you have availability on the day you wish to reschedule to.
If the appointment is protocol appointment (ie it is one in a series of connected appointments) when you change the date the system will ask you whether you wish to recalculate all future appointments. If you say yes the future appointments will be sent back to booking requests to be rescheduled.
