2021/08/25 Release Notes - Admin
REPORTS:
New columns added to the Protocol Appointment by Service Setting report:
We have added two new columns to this report to further increase it's usability. The new columns include:
1. 'POSITION' - the 'position' number of a patient's health Fund card will now be displayed in the report
2. 'CONTRACT' - the billing contract linked to a visit will now be displayed in the report
New column of Primary Clinician added to the 'Patient By Primary Clinician' report:
The Primary Clinician report now has a column for display of the primary clinician if the user is searching on All clinicians and needs to see each patient's clinician.
New VINAH Report
Victorian facilities are now able to complete their mandated VINAH reporting from within EpiSoft. If your site requires access to this new report, please contact one of our friendly support staff.
New Filter - Visits With No Account Report
We have added a number of new filters to the report. These include SITE, CLINICIAN, REASON & TYPE
Changes to Debtors Management Exports (Excel and CSV):
We have updated 'Date' format that appears in both Debtors Management export files. Any columns in the report that displays 'dates', will no longer display the day (ie: Monday) at the beginning of the date. This will make it much easier to interrogate the data once exported out of EpiSoft.

Changes to the 'Document / Referral' quick-link:
To help improve internal process in managing patient documents, we have added additional information to the 'Documents/Referrals' quick-link visible on the Appointment Management page
New Patient Tear-Drop colour update to BLUE
We have updated the colour of the Tear-Drop (Protocol) icon displayed on the Patient Search page to BLUE. This change was made to remove any confusion aroudn this icon, with staff previously reporting the GREEN icon colour indicated that all patient protocols had been signed for.
New Staff Appointments:
Two additional Staff Appointment Types have now been made available in EpiSoft's Appointment Calendar. These include:
> Appointment Avail abilities
> Community Engagement
Changes to the 'Referrals / Documents' quick-link displayed on the appointment Management page:
We have updated the 'Referrals / Documents' quick link as it is displayed on the Appointment Management page to include additional information. When a document is added to the 'Documents' folder within a patient record, the TITLE of the document will now be visible in the quick-link.
New User Preference - Default Appointment Type of 'Resource' now available on the Appointment Management page
EpiSoft users now have the ability to set a new User Preference that will allow their appointment list to show their preferred appointment type by default. For example, users can now set their appointment list to display either RESOURCE appointments, CLINICIAN appointments or both CLINICIAN AND RESOURCE appointments by default. This means that when users log in to Episoft, they'll see the list of appointments they prefer.
Referrer Management - Referrer ID now displayed
To make it easier to manage your referring providers, the unique Referrer ID for each record is now displayed in a new column in Referrer Management.
Patient List -the colour of the Protocol 'Teardrop' icon has now changed to BLUE
Instead of all the teardrops on the Patient List being green, which has confused some users into thinking those protocol cycles are signed, the teardrops are now displayed in blue on this list. To see whether any cycles require signing, simply click through the teardrop to view all cycles.
BUG FIXES:
Org Preference "Additional Demographic - Include special diet now updating patient record
The 'Food Allergies' tick-box found on the Edit Patient page now appears 'ticked' when a Food Allergy is recorded on he relevant visit form. These food allergies are now also correctly displayed on the Appointment Management page
Cultural Background list re-ordered:
The 'Cultural Background list found on the Edit Patient page is now displayed in alphabetical order
Visits linked to Deactivated Sites/Facilities now visible in the Patient Record
When a Site / Facility is deactivated for an organisation in EpiSoft, any visits linked the the site were not visible in EpiSoft. All visits linked to sites that have been deactivated in the past will now be viewable from with the Patient Record under the 'Visits' list.
