2021/10/20 Patch release - CareZone Clinical
New/Updated Feature
Order Tests has new functionality to make it easier when completing test requests.
Add free-text test names:
If you're unable to find a coded test by searching via Group or Individual tests, you can now add tests to a request form using free-text. In the screenshot below, note the new heading 'Extra Tests - comma separated' which allows multiple tests to be added. The Print Preview will display the tests added as you type.
Copy To:
'Copy to' was added recently and allows the user to select from existing referrers for that patient or to add a referrer to copy to, using free-text.
Print Preferences:
There are three print options available: Group Name, Group Name with set (tests within the group) or Set only, which is just the tests with no group name. This is selectable when creating a test request or you can set your preferred default that you see when opening Order Tests by going to System Administration, then User Preferences.
Existing functionality:
You will still be able to create groups of routinely used tests via 'Create New Group' or continue to add individual tests that are pre-coded. Free-texting tests into the new field is an additional feature to improve the ease of use of this module.
