2021/10/28 Release Notes epi-me (eReferrals patch release)
BUG-FIXES
eReferrals:
(RESOLVED) Admin Portal Referral Worklist - Manually Processed eReferrals incorrectly appearing in Submitted / processed
These statuses should be mutually-exclusive.
(PARTIALLY-RESOLVED) Admin Portal Referral Worklist - Declined / Cancelled eReferrals incorrect appearance / visibility
A number of issues were found with the appearance of Declined / Cancelled eReferrals:
1. (RESOLVED) They were appearing in ready to process, submitted / processed and manually processed status filters.
2. (RESOLVED) Their status text was not Declined / Cancelled
3. (UNRESOLVED BUT DEEMED LOW PRIORITY) The traffic light colour reflects the processing state (eg. orange / blue / green) rather than solid-red (which it should be).
(UNRESOLVED) Declined / Cancelled Referrals - Manually Processed after Declining (and vice-versa)
Manually Processing a Declined eReferral 'un-declines' it - which reflects to both the Admin and Referrer Users (if applicable). Similarly, Declining a Manually Processed Referral 'un-Manually Processes' it - but it doesn't change it's worklist status, just the icon.
Workaround: If an eReferral is 'Un-Declined' accidentally, the Admin User can Decline it again.
This cannot be resolved until there is agreement by all eReferral customers on the relationship between Manual Processing and Decline. This discussion can take place after November 2021.
(RESOLVED) Admin Portal Referral Worklist - Processed eReferrals became Accepted
Briefly, processed eReferrals were moved to a transitory status of 'Accepted'. This was fixed via a data migration of all historical, processed eReferrals to Submitted / processed rather than Accepted, and a change to stop newly-processed eReferrals transitioning into Accepted.
(RESOLVED) Admin Portal Referral Worklist - Externally-Created In Progress eReferrals shouldn't be visible
To avoid potential confusion, eReferrals which External Referrers are drafting in-progress shouldn't be visible by Admin Users until they are finalised.
(RESOLVED) Oncology Acute eReferral Form - GHPS / Echo booked tickbox was incorrectly displaying as 'Yes' on the PDF printout
When the Referrer User had not ticked this option on the Oncology eReferral, the PDF printout was incorrectly displaying that they had booked a GHPS / Echo.
