2021/12/15 Releases Notes epi-me (eAdmissions & eReferrals)
Please contact help@episoft.com.au if you would like any of these features activated in your epi-me portal.
NEW FEATURES
eReferrals:
REFERRAL FORM WORKLIST
Rehab Referrals - Display Ward as a suffix to Referring Source
This was formerly a function in a former version of the platform that has been reintroduced into epi-me.
The patient's ward (location) now displays on the Referral Form Worklist.
REHAB ASSESSMENT
Assessment Outcome - remove mapping of Admitting Dr from Rehab Certificates
The Admitting Dr no longer maps to the Rehab Certificates.
MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Only Display 'Active' Comments on the PDF Printout (Generic-only, and Comment-Logging fields only)
Previously, all comments on fields which allowed multiple, audited comments (eg. Reason for referral) printed out on the Mental Health Assessment PDF.
By customer request, the printout has now been reduced to Active comments only.
BUG FIXES
eAdmissions:
ADMISSION FORM
(Released 8/12/21) Invalid Lookup Addresses cause interface errors
Patient Users were putting 'N/A' in several optional address fields eg. Worker's Comp address which allowed the user to save the form, but broke the interface.
This has been resolved.
(Released 9/12/21) Prepopulated religions bypassing the patient's need to enter a religion
The mandatory question of Religion on Personal Details page was appearing pre-populated. This allowed the Patient User to bypass the need to enter a religion.
This has been resolved.
HEALTH HISTORY
Infection Screening - Paediatric PDF Printout (Generic only) of Fully Immunised is mislabelled
Immunisation data was now mislabelled as CJD Lookback study. This has now been fixed.
eReferrals:
MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
(Released 8/12/21) Person Completing this Form defaulting to 'Carer' when it was set as 'Patient'
Assessments prepopulated by a patient-filled Mental Health eAdmission now correctly prepopulates as 'Patient'.
Mental Health Referral - make Room Type and Requested By optional
(Released 8/12/21) Assessment with fully-completed Mental Health eAdmission could not be created on Internet Explorer
When using Internet Explorer, Admin Users were unable to click 'Save & Continue' when trying to copy referral details when creating a new assessment. This only occurs when a Mental Health Assessment was attempted to be created by copying a fully-submitted linked eAdmission.
This has been fixed.
(Released 18/11/21) Mental Health Assessments with unactioned eAdmission invites unable to be submitted
This has been fixed. The Assessments can now be submitted irrespective of the status of the linked eAdmssion.
(Released 18/11/21) Double-click protection on the Mental Health eAdmission invite
Previously, Admin Users who double-clicked the Mental Health eAdmission invite created duplicate Mental Health eAdmission records.
This has been fixed.
REHAB ASSESSMENT
Rehab Referral - make Room Type and Requested By optional
REFERRAL FORM WORKLIST
Duplicate eReferrals show on the worklist where multiple follow-up forms exist
Admin Users who accidentally duplicated the Mental Health eAdmission invite observed multiple eReferral line items on the worklist.
A 'duplicate check' has been introduced to prevent Admin Users from making this mistake.
