24/11/15 RCAT User Release Notes
Fixes
1. An issue was reported by users about 'Save' button on the RCAT Patient Demographics form. When a new record was created users were unable to create a new visit without searching for the patient first. This issue has been fixed.
2. The issue with the 'Duration since operation' field incorrectly calculating has been fixed. This was previously taking the difference between operation date and today's date rather than final visit date. The calculation now uses the 'Date for this procedure' in the 'Intraoperative' section of the form and the date of the final visit. If the final visit date is edited after the form has been viewed you will need to force the form to recalculate by editing the date of procedure field. Please ensure you are entering the form via the visit type of "Final Visit" in order for this to calculate.
New questions for toric lenses
1. A new checkbox has been added to capture whether a lens is toric. If this box is checked a field will appear to enter the toric power. For all historical visits we will be running a once off script that will check this box on all visits where a IOL model that contains the word 'toric' has been selected. Users will need to go back to these visits and enter the toric power.
2. A new 'Expand All' and 'Collapse' button has been added to the top of the RCAT visit form. Clicking on the 'Expand All' button will cause all the visit form sections to expand out. The button will then change to 'Collapse', clicking collapse will cause all section apart from the current visit section to collapse down.
3. Change to the copy forward functionality. Currently the RCAT visit form copies data forward from visit to visit regardless of the visit reason (Cataract Audit Left Eye or Cataract Audit Left Eye) selected. We have changed this to only copy forward if the same visit reason (eye) is selected.
