A There was an issue with Visit Notes still thinking they were in edit mode when adding a new note after editing a previous one while still in the same case notes/progress notes form. This was mainly affecting PIR users who are commonly adding many file notes in quick succession, and a very big thanks to our PIR user who was able to document the exact steps that allowed us to reproduce this scenario and obscure bug. This is fixed.
2. The PIR MDS Demographic, PIR MDS Client Profile 1, PIR MDS Client Profiel 2, PIR MDS Referral and PIR MDS Needs Assessment Ratings reports have been altered so that if a master organisation runs the them the reports count all clients for all agencies reporting to the master org but if an agency runs them the reports will only count their clients.
3. A change has been made to how the calendar functions which will reduce the amount of roster data the page calls. We hope that this will lead to greater speed when navigating the calendar so would be good to get some before and after feedback, however we think the major gains will be made when we totally rewrite the calendar page and how it renders in the browser. We are commencing work on this rewrite straight away for a release as soon as possible.
4. An issue was reported regarding the PIR Relapse Prevention and Safety form' that was causing 'Involve' field to map to the 'Do not Involve' field on the printout ; this has been resolved.
5. For those users using the billing system, we now have a new report for All Billed Items Activity Report - by Service Date so you can view / report on the billing transactions by invoice date or by service date. Just a reminder that billing reports all run off the INVOICE so if a billing account is created and services added but the invoice is not generated, they will appear on Debtors but not on the billing reports.
6. A change has also been made to the All Billed Items Oustanding report to not include negative amounts that are designed to balance transactions in other reports but causing clutter in the Outstanding report.
7 Time of visit - this is optionally available (not available by default) and is enabled to allow an accurate record of start and end time of a Visit when there is no appointment. The time will set to as of now. The access to this field is based on a Role. So let us know if any roles in PCZ require access to this.
8 A new visit link has been added to the appointment management screen. The link displays on an appointment line item after the appointment has been marked as attended. Previously if an appointment was marked as attended users had to drill down to the patient record summary and then drill down to the visit to access the visit forms. The link will bring you directly into the visit details page.
