Pharmacy Orders module
1. The ‘Delta’ icon on the pharmacy orders page was partially covering the ‘Actual Dose’ column on some screen resolutions, this issue has been resolved.

2. The pharmacy orders page will not calculate doses based on the most recent weight. There is now a weight icon, clicking on the icon will display the dosing weight and the date it was recorded.

3 Pharmacy Orders now has an Order History button to search previous orders downloaded / saved.

4.A number of other suggestions for Pharmacy Orders will be coming up in the January and Feb releases.

Visit record (Cancer CareZone Users)

1. The issue of ceasing a protocol for reason of Added In Error via the Visit Record has been resolved. This was causing an error when re-opening the page.

Nurse Assessment form (Cancer CareZone Users)

1. Treatment outcome comments in the ‘Nursing Assessment’ form will now copy automatically to the visit notes creating an integrated progress notes.

Admission Coding & Cancer History & Assessment

1. A new grid has been added to the admission coding form to record morphology. This will grid remain in synch with the morphology grid on the 'Cancer Assessment and History' form. This means that it works in a slightly different manner to the diagnosis and procedure coding grids. The diagnosis and procedure grid only copy forward when the 'Copy from Previous' button has been clicked whereas the morphology copies forward regardless. It can be edited in each visit if it differs from the previous.

Times in Local (Qld) timezone
For our QLD users, we have reviewed all the visible times in the system to ensure they are working from your local timezone where applicable. Any times auto-saved by the system and timestamped with the server (Sydney) times will now be displaying as the location time of the logged in user.
Any historical records saved previously and showing the wrong (Sydney) time will now display the time as per your timezone.

Drug substitution from within protocol
A new feature for drug substitution has been added. Whereas previously drug substitution was assuming all days future cycles (of the same drug and dose), you now have a couple of copy forward options as shown below to take into account a typical requirement to change / modify a drug on a given day (all cycles) but not every day of that cycle.
