New Features:
New Form Configuration allowing users to remove Haemophilia Question in Pathology Section
Epi-me users requested the ability to optionally remove the question: ‘Do you have or have you ever had any blood disorders or conditions such as Haemophilia? *’. Using the new form configuration, HISTORY_BLOOD_INCLUDE_BLEEDING_HAEMOPHILIA_QUESTION, organisations now have the option to remove this question as needed.


New Form Configuration allowing users to amend the blood disorders question wording Question in Pathology Section
A new form configuration allows epi-me organisations to change the wording of the final pathology question visible on their Health History forms. When the new form page config is applied, the question will read ‘Any other blood or bleeding disorders?’. A new Clinical Alert of ‘Blood and Bleeding Disorders’ has also been configured for this wording change. Please speak with your system administrators if you would like to activate this new clinical alert, or contact EpiSoft for more information.

New Alert for Blood and Bleeding Disorders
We have introduced a new clinical alert for ‘Blood and Bleeding Disorders’. This new alert will be triggered when patients answer YES to the question ‘Any other blood or bleeding disorders?’. Please speak with your system administrators if you would like to activate this new clinical alert, or contact EpiSoft for more information..


Alternate Document Description wording on the Legal Page
We have introduced a new Form Page Configuration that enables a more detailed info-text for the Advance Care Directive, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian questions that are displayed on the Legal page of epi-me's health History forms. By activating the new Form Page Configuration ‘DOCUMENT_PROMPTS_ALTERNATE_WORDING’ additional info-text will be displayed for each question that reads ‘Please bring a hard copy with you on your admission date or upload the document on the Upload Documents page’.
