eAdmissions:
PATIENT EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK FORM
At customer request, some changes have been made to this existing form.
1. Ability for patients to further describe their experience with free-text comments.
- This has been done to enrich the feedback provided by the patients, in addition to the AHPEQS
2. Relabelling of an existing question to clarify that the patient can request a follow-up conversation with their healthcare provider, only if they had any concerns.
- This has been changed in response to a significant proportion of patients indicating they wish to be contacted, when most of them had positive feedback
- This created an administrative burden for the healthcare provider
