6/1/2016 Release Notes (Clinical & Prescribing)
Fixes
Nurse Administration Chart Printout: The printout was displaying the server time (Sydney time) rather than the local time at the site. This issue has been resolved.
Visit Record Form: An issue was reported where a user wished to cease an upcoming cycle of treatment, the 'Cease All Future Cycles' option was selected on the 'Visit Record' form, this caused the current and future cycles to be ceased. This issue has been resolved.
Protocol Prescribing: For organisation that have enabled mandatory diagnosis and allergies when a new protocol is prescribed users were being prompted to enter allergies and diagnosis when these had already been added to the patient record. This issue has been resolved.
Prescribing Changes
1. When prescribing medications through the 'Medication Record' form. The 'Date Started' now auto-populates with today's date.
2. For users in Australia when they select to print a script the 'PBS' and 'RPBS' checkboxes will now be checked by default.
Overnight Drug Administration
This change is to manage drugs where the start time is not the same as the appointment date, for example the appointment started today but the drug or drugs get administered after midnight. To allow for change of admin day we have added a little date icon beside the start time clock (to the right).
This should only be used by facilities treating patients overnight on site.
Pharmacy Orders
We have implemented a new cut-down view in Pharmacy Orders. When cut-down view is enabled the blue 'Order Only' column is hidden.
Pharmacy Orders with 'Cut-down view' enabled
Pharmacy Orders without 'Cut-down view'
