Booking Requests: An issue was reported where the booking requests page was booking cycles that the user had not selected if there were multiple cycles being booked on the same day. This issue has been resolved.
Individual Appointment Calendar: There was an issue with the rendering of buttons in the individual appointments calendar. This was causing the buttons to be pushed sideways. This issue has been resolved.
