19/01/16 Release Notes external pas customers
Change to outbound billing message to incorporate additional segment as requested
If a patient is a current inpatient and a user creates an ad hoc inpatient visit of same day as appointment, if this occurs prior to the patient being admitted in the PAS and the appointment attended, the existing ad hoc inpatient visit will be merged with the appointment.
It is still recommended that late notice bookings are made using an outpatient booking visit rather than an inpatient visit so this is a safeguard in case a user inadvertently creates an inpatient visit additional to booked appointment.
A bug where the appointment Lookup search was referencing patients in the temp (current inpatients / wards of interest) table and causing an error has been patched. The main patient search will find these patients in order to select and add them to the CZ patient list. These will come back with a minus 1 Epi ID for those users that can see the EpiID.
However for the appointment page patient search lookup, this will only be searching the CZ main patient database.
