NEW FEATURES
Letter Versioning
As a prerequisite to sending to My Health Records, we are now tracking letter version, with current letters all being sent as Version 1. When a letter is finalised or sent, users can utilise the 'AMEND' function to make an update to the letter. Versions will only be tracked on the amendment of a finalised letter (not for letters in Draft).
Prescribed Protocol By Patient report - Change to Protocol Identifier field
The Protocol Identifier search field will no longer return searches for if the entered values makes 'part' of another protocol identifier (eg #37 returns #371). The search field will only return values for the exact identifier entered in the field.
'Visit Date' added to the 'Cease Protocol Cycle' drop-down-list
The 'Day 1' appointment day for each protocol cycle will now appear (in brackets) in the 'Cease Cycle drop-down-list
Recording Toxicities on Visit Record
EpiSoft are continually working on aligning toxicities with the latest CTC grading recommendations and hence, we have added new toxicities as well as ensured that recently added toxicities are accurately reflected in the Flow chart, as well as all applicable reports.
BUG FIXES
Letter Templates - data elements adding in correct location
When adding a data element to an SMS Reminder template, the data element was appearing at the end of the message, and not where the user's cursor was positioned in the message. This issue has now been resolved. Data elements will now be added to the SMS at the position of the user's cursor in the message.
Billed Services - All Outstanding Amounts report CSV export fixed
Previously, when a user selected the Bill Type of MEDICAL when filtering the 'Billed Services - All Outstanding Amounts' report the CSV export was unavailable. This issue has now been resolved, and users can export the report to CSV as expected.
