2022/09/14 Release Notes - Clinical (Alcohol and Drug)

Changes to AOD Visit Forms:
A number of changes have been made to the AOD forms to better meet adherence to VADC reporting. These are:
The current AOD Self Initial Screening tool will be replaced by 2 new forms. This includes the AOD Intake Forms, plus the AOD Self Initial Screen Version 2. This means that everywhere in the system where the AOD Self Initial Screening tool (version 1) appeared, the two new forms will now replace the old form, and the old form will be removed.
A new visit form of AOD Intake has been added and associated with the relevant Visit Reasons + Visit Types.
The new version of the Self Initial Screening tool still has some of the questions from the current version of the form, as well as some questions from the Comprehensive Assessment form. These questions have been removed from their original forms.
A new question regarding disability has been added to the Patient Demographics page in the additional demographics section at the bottom of the page.
Next release will also include a new AOD Discharge form.
SMS reminder templates
A fixed was applied to ensure, when adding a parameter, the parameter is added at the cursor position rather than at the end of the template
Error page in Letter Writing module
An error page was identified in the Letter Writing module (referrals / Correspondence tab) where if a letter was created and a report attached, but with no previous letters, printing from within the Edit Letter page would results in a system error. This issue has been resolved.
