NEW FEATURES
ANTENATAL CLASS BILLING REPORTS
As a follow-up from the recent launch of the Outpatient Appointments release (read more), EpiSoft is releasing two custom, self-service reports for the purposes of billing / invoicing Antenatal Classes.
The report is highly custom to the import invoice data schema for the Oracle finance system but could be expanded to support other finance systems.
epi-me Administrators can provide themselves, and other roles, with access to these reports using Role Access.
Antenatal Class Customer Report
This report finds all antenatal class bookings which had a cost.
Antenatal Class Invoice Report
This report finds all antenatal class bookings which had a cost, where at least one class in the booking was attended.
ADMITTING DR PROVIDER NUMBER (INTERFACE CHANGE)
For customers using the HL7 MFN^M02 interface for synchronising the Admitting Dr / provider list between their Patient Administration System and epi-me, the Provider Number can now be imported from the PRA-6 segment.
This was primarily introduced to support the inclusion of this data in the Antenatal Class Invoice Report (see above).
