NEW ENHANCEMENTS:

New Goals Of Care tick-boxes
We have added two new questions to the Nursing Assessment form that allow staff to confirm when a patient's goals of care have been discussed at the time of admission and again at discharge.
This has been added as an organisation preference so that each org. can choose whether to display these questions or to hide them. See below:

New Toxicities available:
There are new toxicities available in the 'Symptoms / Toxicities section of the Visit Record form, graded using the CTCAE v.5 criteria. These include:
> Confusion / cognitive disturbance
> Eye disorder (Other)

New Cytarabine Neurotoxicity Assessment and Ifosfamide-induced encephalopathy assessment charts
We have introduced two new visit forms for patients receiving either Cytarabine or Ifosfamide, based on the eviQ assessment tools. These new visit form will be linked, and only displayed for the appropriate visit reasons upon request from each organisation.

New Organisation Preference added, to retain signatures on Pharmacy Orders after patient is deferred
Currently in v.3 of Pharmacy Orders, once the Check or Add to Order columns are signed and saved, then the patient is deferred, the signatures vanish and can’t be retrieved. This is the intended functionality of this page as in most organisations, once treatment is deferred it may not be rebooked for another week.

Some organisations use this page to indicate that some patients are right to proceed or to indicate that an order has been sent to the compounder and they need to know which patients have the column signed if the patient is deferred. This allows them to know at what point the order is in its compounding process. They want the signatures retained on PPL and to display on the new date once the appointment is rebooked from Booking Requests. On the Manage Orders page, for both Unfinalised and Finalised orders, if a patient is deferred, the patient's treatment will be retained on it's original date. As not all organisations will want this function, we've created a new Org Preference under the Pharmacy heading:

BUG FIXES:

Pharmacy Orders -Reactivated Medications now displaying
When treatment has been omitted via the Visit Record, then needs to be reinstated, the reactivated medications weren't displaying on Pharmacy Orders. This issue has now been fixed.

On the pdf printout from Manage Orders in Pharmacy Orders, the route of administration was inadvertently missed and has now been added to the page.
