NEW FEATURES

INTEGRATION

Leading zeroes for <ClinicalPriorityPASCode> mapping in the Acute Referral XML export have been removed (EM-4864, Helpdesk #21002)

At customer request, the leading zeroes in this field have been removed (eg. 001 has become 1, 003 has become 3).

BUG FIXES

PATIENT PORTAL

Details of mobility issues (Lifestyle & Diet Page - Healthscope/ACHA Custom page) were not clearing if the response was copied to a future eAdmission, and then the patient changed their response (EM-5213 & EM-5265, Helpdesk #22727)

For a patient that has previously responded with specific aids or 'Other' detail to the question: 'Do you have mobility issues?' , and then selected 'No' in a subsequent eAdmission, the response was incorrectly retained. This was showing up on the PDF printout and some patients were apparently unable to save the page.

This only affects one customer as the related page is only used by them.
The detail of a patient's mobility issues is now cleared if they respond 'No' to the parent question.

Pregnancy Due Date (Lifestyle & Diet Page - Healthscope/ACHA Custom page) was not clearing if the response was copied to a future eAdmission, and then the patient said they were no longer pregnant (EM-4000, Helpdesk #22727)

For a female General or Paediatric patient that has previously responded 'Yes' to 'Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? *' and provided a Due Date, and then selected 'No' in a subsequent eAdmission, the Due Date was incorrectly retained. This was preventing some patients from saving the page.

This only affects one customer as the related page is only used by them.
The patient's pregnancy / breastfeeding status and Due Date are no longer copied forward to a future eAdmission which has fixed this issue.

Other test results detail (General History - Healthscope/ACHA Custom Page) was incorrectly copying to a future eAdmission (EM-5276, Helpdesk #22727)

For a patient that has previously entered detail to the question: 'Other test results', the response was incorrectly copied forward to a future eAdmission. This should never copy as any test results are only relevant to the immediate admission and not future admissions.

When the patient subsequently said they didn't have any other test results in that future eAdmission, this prevented the page from saving.
This only affects one customer as the related page is only used by them.
Any Other test results entry is no longer copied forward to a future eAdmission.

Character limit has been added to Brand/s of vaccine (Infection Screening - Healthscope/ACHA Custom page) (EM-4165)

This question is nested under the 'Have you been vaccinated for COVID-19? *' question.

Previously, there was no character limit on this question. Although a customer has not requested this change, this was picked up incidentally and a 255 character limit was applied so that Patient Users were guided as to what is considered a concise response to this question, and to prevent overrun on the Health History printout.

INTEGRATION

Mapping of <AdmissionReasonName> for Mental Health Assessments was incorrectly pulling from the patient-entered Reason for admission, where applicable (EM-3990, Helpdesk #16197)

Where the patient has contributed a Mental Health eAdmission, the XML export for Mental Health Assessments ("MentalHealthAssessment") included the patient entered reason for admission instead of the current diagnosis from the referral form.

As Health Funds do not accept the patient-entered reason for admission as the diagnosis when healthcare providers are claiming for the episode, staff were manually correcting the Patient Administration System record before submitting their claim.

If the patient does not contribute a Mental Health eAdmission, the Current DIagnosis from the MH Referral was prepopulating the reason for admission in the XML export.

This only affected Mental Health.

This is now fixed.

<PlannedLOS> had disappeared from the Acute Referral XML export (EM-4865, Helpdesk #21002)

This meant that healthcare provider staff were manually transposing the intended length of stay (nights) from the Acute Referral printout into the Patient Administration System.

This has now been fixed.
