Referral Worklist Statuses with Definitions 1/2/2023
- All - All referral forms in all statuses
- Accepted - In Progress are Mental Health Assessments where the Assessment Outcome has been set to 'Accepted' but not yet Submitted
- In progress -In Progress are Mental Health Assessments where the Assessment Outcome has been set to 'In Progress'
- Ready to Process -A mental health assessment has been created and is not yet Submitted/Processed nor has it been saved as: "Accepted" or "In Progress"
- Submitted Processed - A mental health assessment has been created and has been sent to the PAS
- Cancelled by Referrer - An external Referrer has cancelled the Referral from their Referral Portal account
- Declined/Cancelled by Hospital - The hospital has cancelled the referral, this is sent back to the Referrer portal practice with the reason for cancellation and steps to send through a referral with all required details.
- Manually processed - Only applicable to select epi-me customers with manual processing of assessments via the interface, this indicates the form has been sent across the interface
- 'In Progress - message for review' shows all Secure Messaging Referrals that have not yet been set to In Progress and/or Submitted
- 'New' are submitted Acute Referrals that aren't Declined/Cancelled AND aren't Processed OR Mental Health or Rehab Referrals that aren't Delined/Cancelled AND don't have their Assessment created AND don't have an Assessor
- 'Assigned' are Mental Health or Rehab Referrals that have the same criteria as 'New' except they have an Assessor
- Invited to Complete Admission - Only applicable to Mental health Forms, a patient has been invited to complete their admission
- Admission Form Complete - Ready for Assessment - Only applicable to Mental health Forms, The patient has completed their associated admission form and their assessment is ready to be created
