epi-me Referral Worklist - All Worklist Statuses with Definitions
- All - All eReferral forms in all statuses
- Accepted - Mental Health Assessments where the Assessment Outcome has been set to 'Accepted' but not yet Submitted
- In progress - Mental Health Assessments where the Assessment Outcome has been set to 'In Progress'
- Ready to Process - An Acute eReferral that has been submitted but has not yet been processed.
- Submitted/Processed - An eReferral that has been processed.
- Cancelled by Referrer - An external Referrer has cancelled the eReferral from their Referral Portal account
- Declined/Cancelled by Hospital - The Hospital has Decline or Cancelled the eReferral.
- Manually processed - Acute eReferrals which have been marked as manually processed by the Hospital. This Manual processing function is different to the concept of 'Processing' and is turned on for specific customers only as required.
- 'In Progress - message for review' shows all Secure Messaging Referrals that have not yet been set to In Progress and/or Submitted
- 'New' are submitted Acute Referrals that aren't Declined/Cancelled AND aren't Processed... OR...Mental Health or Rehab Referrals that aren't Declined/Cancelled AND don't have their Assessment created AND don't have an Assessor
- 'Assigned' are Mental Health or Rehab Referrals that have the same criteria as 'New' except they have an Assessor
- Invited to Complete Admission - Mental Health eReferrals only - a patient has been invited to complete their eAdmission
- Admission Form Complete - Ready for Assessment - Mental Health eReferrals only - The patient has completed their associated eAdmission form and their assessment is ready to be created
