2023/03/08 Release Notes - epi-me (eAdmissions)
BUG FIXES
PATIENT PORTAL
Automatically strip out the international dialling code on Australian mobile numbers entered on the epi-me Create User page (EM-5222, Helpdesk #22780 & 22868)
Patients which had entered an international dialling code (+61) for Australian mobile numbers when creating their epi-me account were prevented from progressing to an eAdmission. This was due to different validation being applied on the epi-me user registration versus the Personal Details page (appears when creating a patient record or doing an eAdmission).
The '+61' prefix is now automatically replaced with a leading zero on the Personal Details page to prevent this issue.
International numbers will still have this problem which has been raised as an outstanding bug.
