Patch Release for letter module
Concurrency issues found in letter module when multiple users logged in at once causing errors and printing of blank letters - this has now been resolved. The parameters with some of name in brackets e.g. Today(date) is now working as expected
If you open more than one letter or letter template at once, you will get a warning saying "close previous letter" - you cannot open a new one. If you cannot find anything open it is because you have closed a tab using the X instead of the Close - we cannot pick up page closes via the X so the system will think the previous template is already open. If you get the warning above but you can't see anything open, refresh the correspondence page e.g. by clicking the referrals/correspondence menu item again

System slow downs
We identified an issue with our session handler that was causing the system to slow down at certain peak times. This has been fixed so that you should get less issues with the system slowing down at certain times of day e.g. mid morning.

Billing updates

A few issues with GST recalculation generally on the billing tab and also on the Pharmacy Billing Wizard have been resolved.
An issue with the Pharmacy Billing Wizard - adding new service was causing problems if edited via the billing tab. This has been resolved.

Protocol changes - Protocol cycle copy

In copying a cycle, if you have selected the protocol to "Start at" not the first step/activity in the cycle ... or if you have a protocol with multiple cycles, this now warns and highlights which one you are copying.

Also it has the clinician name on the copy page - if you have had another Dr managing your patients while you are away and come back, this will signify you need to change the clinician on the top of the cycle by creating another instance of the protocol.

See below

On the protocol also, the page should now maintain your position when add a new medication
This has also been addressed on the visit record if adding diagnostic tests.
