2023/10/25 Episoft Release Notes - Admin
This is an article detailing changes made in the 25/10/23 CareZone Major Spring Release.
New Features
New Org preference (BILLING) - Include Additional Text ticked by default
A new organisation billing preference has been added. When active, the 'Include Additional Text' checkbox is now ticked by default when generating invoices.
New Warehouse Report - Protocol appointments (attended) with Disease Details
A new report has been added which shows attended protocol appointments with Disease Details (TNM, Staging and Latest Principal Diagnosis). It can be filtered by appointment date, protocol details (including protocol reporting group), patient names and IDs, and primary clinician, as well as whether to only include active records. The primary clinician field allows for multiple clinicians to be selected, and should default to the current user for clinician users, and to "All" for non-clinician users.
Updated Letter Fields
New Letter Fields:
* Notes from current user - selected visit:
Adding this field will show on the letter the current user's most recent notes on the selected visit
* User provider number - visit location
Adds a user's provider number for the current visit's site
* User provider number - primary site
Adds the user's provider number for their primary site
* Selected visit date and Selected visit date (long date)
Adds the date of the selected visit, either as standard date format (xx/xx/xxxx), or as long date eg 27th September 2023
Fixed Letter Fields:
* Notes from all users - selected visit
This parameter now only shows the most recent version of a note/notes, and not the note's entire edit history
Enhancements
Modified default date range for "Expired / expiring consents" report to +/- 1 month from the current date. This will provide a better default range to find both recently expired consents and consents which will expire in the near future.
Bug Fixes
Database has been optimised to improve performance on the Reminders tab in the Tasks/Reminders page
Fixed bug where Summary window errored when opened in Visit Record
Added missing hover-over text to info icon for some billing services
Fixed "Clear" button on Debtors Management search
Fixed Billing Admin and System Admin menu item appearing for users without associated role-rights
Fixed visibility of 'Enable Features' menu
Fixed end-date bug for Contract Master and Service Master
Fixed bug switching First Name and Last Name on Authority Scripts
Fixed bug causing error on billing tab (when opened from $ sign on appt list) when clicking links to visits with outstanding billing amounts - fix removed these links
Fixed bug on initial search after login and navigation to Debtors Management, showing incomplete results
Fixed bug where future protocols not unsigned when dose changed and applied to all future cycles
Fixed AOD Family Violence Questionnaire's DDLs
