Spring Post Go-live Patch release
We have enabled percentage dose reduction when changing the units for Carboplatin dosing from AUC (CC-G) to AUC (BSA-adj. eGFR or mGFR). Previously, once the units were edited, the option to reduce by percentage was removed.
Bug fixes
Previously, if the units were cleared when editing a medication, it didn’t automatically delete the prescribed dose. To improve safety, we have introduced a function to clear the prescribed dose if the Units is changed (other from one AUC units to another AUC units)
Ad hoc medications added to a protocol for a patient were previously editable by percentage regardless of the initial dose entered. Now once the initial dose is saved, users will only be able to reduce by percentage if the dose is equal to the initial dose. So the ad hoc edit medication function has been more closely aligned with protocol medication rule as to when percentage reduction is enabled.
A bug occurred that prevented users from typing ahead to add a medication when creating a new protocol in Protocol Administration. This is now working.
On rare occasions, when a clinician was adding several cycles of a long protocol, during the time the cycles were generating, it was possible to click Save more than once if the save took longer than 5 seconds. This was creating duplicates of every cycle which was difficult to correct. The Save button has now been removed from Add New Protocol page once it’s been clicked one time, to prevent this duplication.
