2024/5/08 - Patch Release Notes epi-me (eReferrals)
BUG FIXES:
ADMIN PORTAL
Various issues with the Mental Health & Rehab eReferrals Reports (Helpdesk #34174 & #35495, EM-7546)
The following longstanding bugs were resolved:
1. Mental Health eReferrals with BOTH a linked eAdmission and a linked Assessment were duplicating in the Mental Health Reports
2. There was a mismatch of counts in the 'Detail' version of the reports versus the 'count' version of the reports (eg. 'by Status', 'by Date' or 'By Non Admit Reason' reports)
3. In some reports, eReferrals with Admission / Referral / Assessment dates (as applicable) that were on the Start or End Date of the report search were dropped off
4. In the 'Detail' versions of the reports, inactive facilities were not being included whereas they were included in the 'count' version of the reports.
these bugs were resolved in the following reports:
> Rehab Assessor Activity Detail
> Rehab Assessor Activity By Date
> Rehab Assessor Activity By Status
> Rehab Declined/Cancelled Referrals By Non Admit Reason
> Rehab Declined/Cancelled Referrals Detail
> Rehab Referrals Received by status
> Rehab Referrals Received Detail
> Mental Health Assessor Activity Detail
> Mental Health Assessor Activity By Date
> Mental Health Assessor Activity By Status
> Mental Health Declined/Cancelled Referrals By Non Admit Reason
> Mental Health Declined/Cancelled Referrals Detail
> Mental Health Referrals Received by status
> Mental Health Referrals Received Detail
However, there was one bug that wasn't fixed due it being a complex fix and the problem is a data issue:
It relates to Rehab only. If a Rehab eReferral has BOTH an Assessment and a Transfer follow-up form it will duplicate in the reports. This should never happen as Rehab Assessors should only create one or the other for a given eReferral.
