2024/09/25- Release Notes epi-me (eAdmissions and eReferals)

NEW FEATURES:

ADMIN PORTAL

Interface Enhancement - Import MFN^M02 updates from Hospital PAS and include practice code (EM-1757, EM-7508 and EM-6376)

EpiSoft have developed an enhancement to the HL7 updates for GPs via MFN^M02 to include a GP practice code as part of the interface. This will allow epi-me customers to update GP records at individual practices if their provider or PAS uses a common code for the GP in epi-me. This allows a one to many configuration and greater control over the specific GP records that display to patients and are exported and matched within the PAS environment.

Rehab Assessment - New Wound Care grid (EM-7816)

For epi-me customers using the Rehab referral and assessment workflow EpiSoft has enhanced the wound care section on the 'Rehab Clinical Assessment' page which is located on the first page of the Clinical side of the Rehab assessment. Whilst previously this was a catch-all text box it has been amended to a grid which allows multiple line items to be entered and two columns under 'Wound Care' labelled 'Where' and 'Treatment'.

Rehab Assessment - New addition of Legal Print block to the Rehab Assessment Printout/PDF (EM-7902)

At the request of one of our epi-me customers, EpiSoft have included the 'Legal' print block on the Rehab assessment to allow administrative and clinical staff to see at a glance this information without having to refer or print out the separate Admission Form.

BUG FIXES:

Amendment to the Safety net card validator to clearly display to patient the required format (EM-7946)

At the request of one of our customers, EpiSoft have amended the hint text on the PBS Safety Net card field to include th format required to enter the card number. The aim of this is to reduce patient confusion and signpost to them that the SN and CN prefixes need to be included in the field. The validator (red error text) is now labelled: d ‘Safety Net card number must be a valid number including the SN or CN prefix e.g SN423456789'.
