See attached PDF

1. Appointment Management

A new filter has been added to Appointment Management to filter the list by visit type

2. Visit Type Displays on Visit Forms and Protocol pages

Below the visit date at the top of visit form and patient protocol pages, we have added the visit type to help users confirm they are edited data in the right visit in the case of

a multiple ‘visits’ per day scenario.

3. Forced recording of ACSO ID on discharging forensic referrals

Last release a change was made to the software which automatically closed referrals on the closure of a matching episode whether the episode was forensic or not. This
meant closing the referral for visits when:
1. An AOD Discharge form was saved.
2. A Comprehensive Assessment was marked as complete and saved.
3. An AOD Visit Detail form were marked as complete and saved for Intake, Bridging Support and Brief Interventions

These three forms have now been changed to force entry of an ACSO ID if the referral used for the visit is a forensic referral and there is no ACSO ID recorded. If the referral
is not forensic the ACSO ID will not show. Otherwise the ACSO ID field will show if the episode is being marked as complete on the
1. AOD Visit Detail form for Intake, Bridging Support or Brief Interventions;
2. Comprehensive Assessment form for Assessment visits.
3. Please note that AOD Discharge forms for forensic referrals will always show the ACSO ID.
