Bug fixes:
The original diagnosis was being deleted if a new protocol with a new principal diagnosis was prescribed. This has been rectified.
To prevent the dose being unintentionally edited when a new weight is entered, the field ‘Current Weight - Dosing Weight' is now able to be made 'read-only' by the organisation. This can be ticked on the new role right 'Dosing Weight - read-only'. It will inactivate the dosing weight field but still allow the user to tick ‘Copy from Previous’ and/or enter a value in ‘Today’s weight – not affecting dose’.
Please let the Helpdesk know if you'd like this actioned on particular roles.

A request was made to include the Summary in the Encounter Summary report that some organisations send to their patient administration system after each encounter in EpiSoft. This has been actioned and can now be seen on the Encounter Summary pdf.
We’ve also included the TNM score and Cancer Staging on the Encounter Summary on request.
A number of new diagnostic test request forms have been added for use in EpiSoft for Victorian customers.
When protocols were published and shared from EpiSoft that contained an unlisted medication, that medication needed to be added manually to the receiving organisation. This has now been automated.
To clarify which medications are sourced from MIMS and which are user-created, we’ve added a red asterisk prior to the name of all Unlisted medications wherever they display. Hovering over the asterisk shows the text ‘Unlisted medication’.

Reports:
- We were asked to include all possible three signatures on the protocol cycle to be added to the Protocol Signatures Report. This will greatly improve the search for partially signed protocols for that organisation.
- Protocol Consent/Approval Report – a new search filter and new column have been added to the report for ‘Primary Clinician’
- ERA report v2 and All billed items activity by service date (Ungrouped): Epi ID has been added to the left of the patient name column
