epi-me Admission Worklist - All Worklist Statuses with Definitions
- All - Shows all eAdmission forms in all statuses.
- Patient form (registration) in progress - The patient has started their admission form and is currently completing the registration section.
- Patient form (history) in progress - The patient is filling in their registration or history form.
- Forms ready to process - The patient has submitted their entire eAdmission form but it hasn't been processed by staff.
- Submitted / processed - The eAdmission form has been processed by staff.
- Ready for estimate - The patient has submitted their eAdmission registration and is available to be sent a manual financial estimate of fees using the Admission Worklist.
- Pending estimate submission - An estimate of fees has been sent to the patient and they haven't acknowledged it.
- Pending payment preference - The patient has acknowledged their estimate of fees but hasn't elected a payment preference (either paying their confirmed charges, providing their payment details for a token or electing not to pay online).
- Pending payment - The patient has chosen a payment preference but has not yet completed the payment step.
- Estimate complete - The patient has acknowledged their estimate of fees but is not paying online - either because the portal isn't configured for payment or they elected not to pay online.
- Payment complete - The patient has completed the payment step.
- Financial tasks auto-closed - The patient didn't finish all their financial tasks but the admission has passed.
