2025/05/07 - Patch Release Notes (eAdmissions & eReferrals)
BUG FIXES:
PATIENT PORTAL
Maternity Appointments - initial Maternity Class Booking invites are not expiring after the admission date passes (EM-5088)
When a Maternity Class Booking invite is sent to a Patient Portal User, it does not expire / disappear from the Patient Portal unless they action it and book at least once Class.
Now, both the initial invites and optional reminders to book additional classes both expire after the admission date has passed.
Maternity Appointments - returning mothers aren't reminded they can book additional Maternity Classes after they make one booking (EM-8869)
The following bug only affected patients who have booked Maternity Classes for a previous pregnancy. When they return to use the Patient Portal for a new pregnancy, they were prompted to book a Maternity Class for their new pregnancy, but they weren't being prompted to book additional classes after their first booking.
Now all patients, regardless of prior pregnancies, are prompted to book additional Maternity Classes up until their Due Date.

ADMIN PORTAL
Mental Health eReferrals - synchronise admission date updates to the eReferral with the linked eAdmission (Helpdesk #36707, EM-8782)
When a Mental Health eReferral has its admission date modified due to a webPAS update (or manually via the eReferral form on the Mental Health eReferral or Assessment Outcome pages), the linked eAdmission admission date does not change accordingly.
When an IFC then gets sent to the patient, it is often not being imported because the IFC received date is on or after the admission date according to the patient eAdmission.
Admission date updates to the eReferral are now being synchronised to the linked eAdmission so that valid IFCs are imported.
Referrer User Search - error on opening (EM-8834)
This was found in other customer portal environments and replicated in this patch.
Referrer User Search can be accessed without error.
