Protocols
Protocol Step Short Name
A new field has been added to the 'Step' on the 'Protocol Administration' module.
For protocols that have already been published we have run a script to populate this field.
The step short name displays on the appointment management page next to the protocol short name.
Auto Complete Protocols
We have implemented the 'Auto Complete Protocols' function. This is an organisational preference, to enable this click on the 'Organisation Preference' tab located under 'System Administration' and check 'Auto Complete Past Protocol Cycles'.
When this is checked protocol cycles with a date in the past, where all appointments are marked as attended will auto complete 5 days after the cycle end date (i.e. move down into the 'completed cycles' section on the patient's protocol cycles page). The auto complete function is a scheduled process that occurs nightly.
Defer/Omit/Cease Reason
The reason of 'Social' has been changed to 'Other' in the 'Defer/Omit/Cease' reason drop down list.
Cease Medications Options
The cease medication options are now aligned with the rules for 'Edit' medication.
Permanent Alert On Nursing Assessment Form
An issue was brought to our attention that users were unable to edit the 'Permanent Alert' on the 'Nursing Assessment' form. This issue was resolved.
Orphan Drugs
We have expanded the criteria for matching unused drugs by removing the container on the matching criteria.
Clinical Notes
Visit Type
The visit type has been added to the auto-generated note output.
Phone consult visit form
We are now adding the output of the 'Problem Details' field and the 'Action plan/ Advice' field into the visit notes.
Hepatitis B Visit Form
The following changes have been made the the Hepatitis B History & Assessment Form:
Radio buttons for 'Unknown' and 'Not Tested' have been added to the below highlighted questions
The below highlighted fields have been added to the form.
