Performance Enhancements
It came to our attention that if a patient record had a large number of visits this was causing a slowdown when loading the patient's Record Summary. We identified methods to optimise the performance on loading of the Record Summary.
Patient Resource Calendar
There was an issue with the calendar when viewed in the patient record. If a users had a role that set the Resource Calendar to be the preferred calendar view the user could not view the Clinician Calendar when in the patient record.
This issue has been resolved
Sites that are interfacing to an external PAS only
When a patient record is flagged as deceased EpiSoft automatically ceases future appointments, medications, reminders, tasks etc. We were informed by one of our sites that interfaces to an external PAS if a patient is flagged as deceased by the interface not all items that should be automatically ceased were doing so. This issue has been resolved
Medibank not paying off automatically
We identified an issue that was causing some medibank claims to pay off automatically. This issue has been resolved.
Issue when ceasing & reactivating cycles
In certain circumstances if a cycle was ceased it was using the wrong method to calculate dates of future cycles. We have identified the cause and rectified it.
