2018/07/10 CareZone Mental Health Release Notes

1. There have been new changes made to the AOD Comprehensive Assessment Visit form. The average daily use column for Cannabis will now populate when data has been added when the visit form has been completed and saved.

2. The Alcohol and Drug Comprehensive Assessment has undergone some new improvements. Old data such as the drug units for 'Average Daily Use' will no longer be carried forward onto new forms in order to ensure that the most accurate and current client information is being saved.

3. The new release has included a new 'Visit Form' for Partners in Recovery, called World Health Organisation Disability Assessment Schedule (WHODAS). This questionnaire asks a range questions about difficulties due to health conditions. Health conditions including disease or illness, other health problems that may be short or long lasting, injuries, mental or emotional problems, and problems with alcohol or drugs. The patient will be required to think back over the past 30 days and answer these tick-box questions, thinking about the level of difficulty they had doing the following activities. For each question, please select only one response.
