2019/03/04 Release Notes
Change to admission form for WA -
The new custom fields for WA reporting are now only mandatory in admission mode and not in pre-admission mode. We have now modified the admission and discharge form to record the WA reporting requirements separate to the health fund requirements where they are different, so that the WA reporting should no longer error.
Reports
1. The Qld Inpatient Statistical Report was erroring / timing out. It is now loading successfully.
2. The AOD MDS report issue is now resolved.
3. The PIR in-kind expenditure report is now exporting the full list
Billing
A bug that was causing an error when trying to delete an invoice has been fixed.
Protocols
1. The warning message when deleting a pdf has had the wording corrected.
2. When copying a protocol cycle, it was assigning the logged in user to the appointments on the protocol rather than using the clinician on the cycle being copied. This has now been corrected.
Letter Module
1. An error was occurring when creating a letter and using the data element 'Primary Clinician' in the letter when no primary clinician had been assigned to that patient. This has now been resolved.
2. When adding the data element Primary Clinician to a letter, it was printing with the incorrect title of 'Mr' or 'Mrs'. It is now using the clinician's correct title.
PMHC Programs
PMHC Programs needed to be fully enrolled before setting enrolled in error as an option. This resulted in program partners being notified of new client enrolments whene they were actually enrolled in error. The PMHC enrolment form has been changed to allow enrolled in error on a partial enrolment.
PMHC Outcome Summary Form
This had occasional errors on opening. This issue has been resolved.
PIR In-Kind Program Form
Some changes have been made to this form to support calculation of standard and supplementary hours across visits.
