2019/08/01 Release Notes minor (patch) release

There are two issues in this Patch release to fix issues that have arisen since the last full release.

Letter Module patch
1. In a recent upgrade to the Letter module, some of the toolbar items were broken. These were Line Spacing and Insert a table. These toolbar issues have been resolved. We are still working with the letter module vendor on paging issues related to copying letter body from MS Word documents and will keep you updated on progress of this issue.

Protocol module patches

2. Pre-admitting two protocols on one date then moving one of them, created visit on wrong date. This occurred under particular circumstances.

- There were two protocol cycles occurring on the same date
- They were pre-admitted
- One of the protocols was moved to a new date
- Appointment was attended for the protocol on the new date
- The visit was created for the originally pre-admitted date instead of the new date
- There was no visit for the correct date and therefore no green syringe for drug administration

This has been resolved now so that a moved appointment that's pre-admitted will move the hidden preadmission visit to the correct date.

3. Omitting a step, then copying the cycle was showing the option to continue ceasing the medications, but they were reactivating on the copied cycle.

- When a step in a cycle has been omitted, the copy cycle window on Protocol Cycles now defaults to reactivating the medications on the previously omitted step.
- The option to continue to keep the medications ceased is now available and will cease the meds on the new cycle.
- The appointment will still be active if the option to cease the medications is selected, so this must be cancelled manually, but this function will be automated in a future release.
